Join us for Expanding Horizons in Fertility Nursing — a dynamic, forward-looking conference supporting fertility nurses to meet the diverse needs of today’s patients while advancing your own professional development.
This full-day event brings together expert speakers covering key areas of inclusive fertility care, including fertility preservation for cancer patients, PCOS support and the role of fem-tech, transgender fertility care, and navigating the emotional impact of loss. You'll also gain practical skills in how to write and submit abstracts for conferences — empowering you to share your own experiences and innovations with the wider community.
A live panel discussion will reflect on how patient needs have changed over time and how our roles continue to evolve in response. Whether you're new to the field or an experienced fertility nurse, this conference offers fresh insight, connection, and inspiration to help you grow your practice and better support your patients.

Kate Davies, Women's Health Nurse Consultant and Chief Medical Officer at viO HealthTech
Kate Davies is a Women’s Health Nurse Consultant and British Menopause Society Accredited Menopause Specialist. With a background in the NHS and private practice, she has expertise in gynaecology, fertility, contraception and sexual health, and menopause.
An advanced practitioner in Fertility Awareness, Kate was formally the host of The Fertility Podcast, sharing expert and patient insights.
Kate is passionate about supporting women with PCOS to lead healthy and fulfilled lives while improving conception, and pregnancy outcomes. For the past decade, Kate is Chief Medical Officer in the MedTech sector, championing for innovative technologies that enhance women's health, empowerment, and self-advocacy.
Helen Eivers, Interim Head of Nursing, Quality and Professional Standards, Bexley Health Neighbourhood Care GP Federation
Helen's current role is 'Head of Nursing, Quality & Professional Standards' with Bexley Healthcare Neighbourhood Care GP Federation. Helen has 39 years in healthcare, pre-hospital, acute and secondary care leadership experience. Her journey led her to become a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner after burnout in an NHS service as a clinical lead in 2021. Since then, she has been on a personal development journey to share the techniques that can manage stress in the face of adversity. She has been coaching healthcare staff, psychologists, scientists and leaders to manage stress and anxiety to prevent burnout with great success. She has created an emotional first aid in practice course, full of practical resources for healthcare staff to use for themselves and share with patients.
Kate Pleace, Nurse Lecturer, University of Essex
Kate Pleace is a Senior Women's Health Nurse, Nurse Lecturer, and PhD researcher exploring women's lived experiences of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI). With a Master’s in Reproductive Medicine, Kate combines academic expertise with clinical insight to support and educate women across the reproductive health spectrum. She works independently, offering specialist consultations, training, and health content writing, while also teaching future nurses in higher education. Passionate about improving awareness and care in women’s health, Kate brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to both her clinical and academic work.
Jacob Stokoe, Founder and CEO, Transparent Change
Jacob Stokoe is the founder and CEO of Transparent Change, a not-for-profit that delivers trans inclusion training to professionals working in fertility and perinatal care. He started training and public speaking on trans inclusion over a decade ago, and after experiencing pregnancy as a trans person in 2018, he set his focus to improve the gender inclusion in these services for the next generations of parents.
Of course, his most important job is that he is Papa to two small humans.

Bookings can be made by phone with payment by credit card/Maestro, by calling +44 (0)2920 546460. Lines are open from 9.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Bookings can also be made via email with a downloaded booking form with credit card details or payment/remittance advice emailed to eventsreg@rcn.org.uk
All bookings will be confirmed in writing.
You will not be registered for this event unless payment accompanies your application. Places cannot be held provisionally.

To pay by invoice
To pay by invoice you must send all of the below to eventsreg@rcn.org.uk
- A copy of the Purchase Order document from your organisation or company (we cannot process your order without it).
- Your Finance department/accounts payable contact email address to receive an electronic copy of the invoice from us.
- A completed 51黑料网 Events Booking Form for each delegate in the booking.
Once the invoice has been raised, you will then receive confirmation of your delegate booking on the event requested. Invoices are to be paid within 30 days of the invoice being issued.
