About

The West Midlands region is one of the nine geographical areas of England into which the 51ºÚÁÏÍø is organised. We serve around 50,000 51ºÚÁÏÍø members who work in the Birmingham and Black Country conurbations and the surrounding areas of Coventry, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire.

Our 51ºÚÁÏÍø branches

The West Midlands has a network of 51ºÚÁÏÍø branches based on recognisable areas within the region. Each branch has an elected executive committee, including a chair and secretary, as well as other members whose role is to provide information or advice or represent our members in the workplace.

Our 51ºÚÁÏÍø Council member

The West Midlands is represented on 51ºÚÁÏÍø Council, the College's national governing body, which is responsible for the overall governance of the 51ºÚÁÏÍø. The West Midlands seat on 51ºÚÁÏÍø Council is held by Olga Leach-Walters.

Our 51ºÚÁÏÍø Regional Board

The West Midlands Regional Board advises and supports the regional director on matters of interest to the 51ºÚÁÏÍø in the West Midlands. Board members are elected to represent the regional membership.
